In 1998, he founded Fast Track Career Consultants, which has grown into one of Eastern India’s leading HR and career guidance firms, with centers in Bhubaneswar, Ranchi, and Patna. Through career counseling, soft skills training, placements, and HR services, the firm has transformed thousands of lives.
Pradeep has authored over 4,000 articles and books including Mo Career Mo Hathare, My Career in My Hands, and Drive into FAST TRACK to Successful Career. A frequent TV panelist and career expert on Rediffguru (Rediff.com), he is also recognized by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, and appreciated by the Governors of Odisha for his tireless work in youth empowerment.
