Some journeys are defined by challenges, and some by the courage to overcome them. Piyush Nagar, founder of Credit Samadhaan, transformed his personal hardships into a mission: to ensure that no Indian is denied financial opportunities because of a low credit score.

Early Struggles, Early Determination

At just eight years old, Piyush lost his father, forcing him to shoulder responsibilities far beyond his age. To fund his schooling, he sold ice candies and took commission-based jobs while continuing his education.

Through determination and resilience, he became an engineer and, in 2009, founded Sixth Sense IT Solutions, a global IT company serving 4,000+ clients, including corporates, MNCs, and government organizations. Yet, Piyush’s biggest mission was still ahead.

A Wake-Up Call That Sparked Change

While working with a rural fintech startup, Piyush discovered a startling reality:

  • Out of 1 lakh loan applications, nearly 99,300 were rejected

  • Over 70% of these rejections were due to poor credit scores

Millions of hardworking Indians — from farmers and entrepreneurs to first-time homebuyers — were being denied opportunities, not because of their efforts or ambition, but because of a single number on a credit report.

This insight inspired Piyush to spend 1.5 years researching solutions, culminating in the launch of Credit Samadhaan, India’s first AI-powered Credit Score Rectification & Repair platform.

AI-Powered Solutions with a Human Touch

Credit Samadhaan repairs credit scores across CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, and CRIF, often within 45 days, using AI to make the process fast, transparent, and effective.

To reach every corner of India, Piyush introduced Credit Samadhaan Kendras in 18 states, combining AI insights with hands-on guidance. These centers not only repair credit scores but also generate local employment opportunities, creating a model of innovation with social impact.

Tackling India’s Credit Crisis

The credit challenge is massive:

  • 40% of home loan borrowers pay extra interest

  • 80% of Kisan Credit Card applications face rejection

  • 36% of small businesses are denied capital

  • 31% of auto loans are rejected

  • Real estate suffers $2.65B in annual losses

  • Over 28 lakh CIBIL complaints filed in FY 2023–24

Credit Samadhaan addresses this crisis head-on, restoring financial access and dignity.

Recognition and Growth

The platform has already achieved national recognition:

  • Supported by IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, and STPI

  • Winner – Octane 5.0 (STPI), 2024

  • Winner – Bharat Pitchathon 3.0, 2024

  • Ranked among the Top 100 Startups by TGS (2024)

  • Ranked among the Top 100 Startups by TiECon Vadodara (2025)

  • Ranked among the Top 50 Startups by Tata Social Enterprise Challenge (2025)

With 464 partners and 1,000+ clients, Credit Samadhaan is rapidly becoming a nationwide movement.

A Mission Beyond Business

For Piyush, Credit Samadhaan is deeply personal. Having experienced financial struggles himself, he is committed to reducing financial stress, restoring dignity, and preventing credit-related hardships.

By combining AI innovation with human empathy, Credit Samadhaan is not just improving credit scores — it is transforming lives.

The Road Ahead

With support from IPV and national institutions, Credit Samadhaan is scaling across India, ensuring that no dream is denied because of a poor credit score.
